Booking &amp; Payment<\/h3><p class=\"\" data-start=\"839\" data-end=\"1035\">Consultations must be booked through our official booking platform (TidyCal). Payment is required in advance via Wise or PayPal. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.<\/p><h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1042\" data-end=\"1079\">3. Rescheduling &amp; Cancellations<\/h3><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1080\" data-end=\"1300\">You may reschedule or cancel a consultation up to <strong data-start=\"1130\" data-end=\"1143\">24 hours<\/strong> before the scheduled time via the link provided in your confirmation email.<br data-start=\"1219\" data-end=\"1222\" \/>If you cancel later than that or fail to attend, <strong data-start=\"1271\" data-end=\"1299\">no refund will be issued<\/strong>.<\/p><h3 class=\"\" data-start=\"1307\" data-end=\"1329\">4. Refund Policy<\/h3><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1330\" data-end=\"1510\">Refunds are only granted if a consultation is canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
