1. Scope

These Terms and Conditions apply to all services offered on this website by NVC Abogados, including legal consultations, advice, and follow-up services.

2. Booking & Payment

Consultations must be booked through our official booking platform (TidyCal). Payment is required in advance via Wise or PayPal. Your booking is only confirmed once full payment has been received.

3. Rescheduling & Cancellations

You may reschedule or cancel a consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time via the link provided in your confirmation email.
If you cancel later than that or fail to attend, no refund will be issued.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only granted if a consultation is canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy. Partial refunds may be offered at our discretion under exceptional circumstances.

5. Legal Disclaimer

The information provided during consultations does not constitute binding legal advice unless explicitly stated. No attorney-client relationship is established until a formal engagement letter is signed.

6. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of our website or services, except in cases of willful misconduct or gross negligence.

7. Applicable Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Peru. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Lima.
